LBee Health is the intersection of life experiences and professional expertise. No one is exempt from the impact of toxic work environments and burnout. Our CEO, Lauren Howard, began sharing her experiences with all of the above and more and expected that the response would be empathy and maybe sympathy. Instead, the response from people all of experiences and demographics was, "I went through the same thing and thought it was just me."

The the conversations were had, the more the truth became apparent. The issue was not that anyone was alone in their experience, it was that we weren't talking about those experiences because we thought we weren't supposed to.

Isolation lies, and it was lying to all of us and keeping us apart.

LBee Health was built to provide multiple sources of support for people who are learning how to manage in this environment or who need help getting out of it. Whether you need community, mental health services or long-term maintenance, we are here to help.
