Lauren Lefkowitz is an Executive Coach and Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer.

 

As an Executive Coach, Lauren partners with corporate leaders to support them as they escape the trap of being ‘fine’ and break the work, sleep, repeat cycle. Lauren works with individuals and leadership teams to overcome burnout, create healthy boundaries, improve workplace environments, and find joy in their work.

 

As a Fractional Chief Human Resources Officer, Lauren partners with small and medium businesses to support the “bookends” of human resources strategy by offering strategic advisory and implementation services for companies in growth or restructuring phases.

 

Lauren is a former Human Resources and Operations executive, who interim-led several corporate functions, falling deep into, and then escaping, the ‘fine’ trap.
