Your fee covers the clinical Autism assessment and program. A diagnosis is not guaranteed. All patients receive a full report indicating whether they meet diagnostic criteria or not with follow up recommendations for treatment or additional evaluation.
Patient forms and consents must be completed in order to receive assessments.
All services are non-refundable once the evaluation has taken place.
You can now use CareCredit to pay for your program!
Payment plans are now available for deferred interest payments over 6 and 12 months.
These are financed by a third party credit program called CareCredit.
A credit check is required.
We pay a small fee of your assessment fee to CareCredit for setting up your account.
It is not NO interest, but it is DEFERRED interest if you pay the balance in full by the end of the deferred interest period.
We highly recommend paying MORE than your minimum balance to avoid interest charges.
You can calculate your monthly payments on the CareCredit page by scrolling to “Payment Calculator.”

We have coverage for insurance in some states and through some plans starting in June 2025. We are happy to do an eligibility verification for you by clicking here.
Please be aware that most insurances apply testing to a deductible, which can cost more to the patient. We are happy to explain how this works if you reach out via email.
Our Adult Autism assessment is shorter and more targeted. We only look for traits associated with Autism in adults. We do not provide a full neuropsychological evaluation. If you want comprehensive testing including Intellectual Quotient and other mental health diagnoses, we recommend following up with a neuropsychologist who may be able to provide those resources.
Our goal is to fill a very specific niche that is hard to find support for. Often, full batteries of Adult Autism testing can cost several thousand dollars and require many hours of evaluation. We designed something shorter and more direct to answer this one question and reduce the cost significantly.
We have Adult Autism treatment programs and group support available, and we have a strong referral network for people who have additional needs than what we provide. We will help coordinate care as necessary and send information back to treating providers, as appropriate and with permission.
Every disability and accommodation program is different, so it’s difficult to answer that directly, but it is a valid diagnostic report from a physician and psychologist. We do not complete accommodation forms through the evaluation process, but you should be able to partner with a treating clinician, either through our mental health program or through your another team, who can fill out the applicable forms and help you with that process.
Of course! We are always here to answer questions. You can email us at hello@lbeehealth.com, text us at 561-448-3224 or call at 561-730-2457. An Autism specialist will be happy to answer all of your questions.
