Accessible support for adults with ADHD and Autism can be hard to find.
Our programs are built by affirming Occupational Therapists and counselors to provide concrete, supportive, evidence-based interventions for just $20 per session.
We offer limited cohort, 8 weeks programs as well as drop in groups for those who are not about to commit to a long-term program. Regardless, they’re $20 per visit.

Whether you completed an official diagnostic program or you self-diagnosed, much of learning to manage ASD and ADHD is about sensory regulation.
But how do you regulate your nervous system if you don’t understand how your body and brain process those inputs?
Our sensory education programs walk participants through each of the senses, how they likely process inputs, and how to better regulate to avoid anxiety and overstimulation.
This is an 8-week program that costs $160. It is open to people located everywhere.
The first group starts on October 7 at 7 p.m. ET.
“I was able to book, have the visits, and get my report in time to get documents and support for school. I recommend it to anyone who can’t get in local – including my brother.”
“The assessment itself was very thorough and was able to distinguish between my autism, PTSD, and ADHD symptoms. The report was well written with recommendations for treatment and I was able to get medication from my psychiatrist based on the report without any difficulties.”
” I have had very bad empierces with assessments in the past and went to these assessments not really excepting anything better. What I got was so much better than my past empierces.”
The complete Sensory Education program costs $160.
